GlobalWare Solutions values its customers and ensures that all returns and refunds are handled within 30 working days from receipt. Send merchandise for refund to the following address.

Returns/Refunds

ShopBlackBerry has a 30-day return policy from the date of shipment subject to the following:

  • Returns must be 100% complete with all parts in original packing. Boxes, manuals and warranty information (if any) must be intact.
  • A copy of the original packing list must accompany the returned merchandise.
  • The Customer is responsible for postage and packing charges on all returned items.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable and shall be deducted when issuing the refund.



Batteries & Bluetooth Products: Closed-box Batteries & Bluetooth products are refundable only within 30 days from the shipment date. Without exception, there is no refund/exchange policy available for opened-box Bluetooth products. In the event that your product may be defective, please contact the manufacturer directly. A product must be diagnosed as "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer. Once it has been diagnosed, please ask for a reference number and contact our customer service department.

NOTE: Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.
